With a flavor that hails from western Austria, Tiroler Jagdwurst is a slightly coarse sausage featuring a mild flavor and a hint of garlic. Fully cooked and ready to eat, this versatile sausage is delicious pan-fried for breakfast, sliced thin for a sandwich, or cubed for a party tray or German Fleischsalat (see recipe in Serving Information).

Cut into thick slices and pan fry for a delicious treat. Or cut into thin slices and serve with your favorite bread and mustard to make yourself a German-style sandwich. Add a little German potato salad on the side, and you've got a great meal. Cut into cubes for a perfect party tray.
Fleischsalat (meat salad): Use any combination of our cold cuts. Dice or cut sausage into strips. Add diced pickles and mayonnaise to taste. You can also add a splash of pickle juice to moisten the salad and add a fresh, vinegary bite.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
