Krakauer is a mild, slightly coarse, German-style sausage made of pork and beef. It is fully cooked and ready to eat as a cold cut, or pan-fried in thick slices and served warm.

Slice as a cold cut, or thinly slice several of our cold cut varieties to create an appealing party tray. Krakauer is especially delicious when cut into 1/2 – 1” slices and pan-fried until the outside is slightly seared and crisp.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
