Garlic Bologna #701
This finely ground bologna is made from pork only, and features a mild flavor accented by garlic and spices. It’s a perfect bologna for sandwiches, party trays, or to give a small kick of garlic to a traditional Bavarian Fleischsalat (see recipe in Serving Information).

This bologna is fully cooked and ready to eat. We find it tastes best when thinly sliced for sandwiches or cubed and served along with other varieties of our cold cuts for an appealing party tray.
Make a traditional Bavarian Fleischsalat (meat salad): Use any combination of our cold cuts. Dice or cut sausage into strips. Add diced pickles and mayonnaise to taste. You can also add a splash of pickle juice to moisten the salad and add a fresh, vinegary bite.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
