Liver Sausage with Goose Liver #710
This mild flavored liver sausage is made with goose liver and is ground very fine for ease of spreading. All our liver sausages can be used as appetizers, as you would paté.

This sausage is fully cooked and ready to eat as is. We think it’s best when spread on light rye or toasted whole wheat bread. Or you may prefer serving it sliced with pickles and Dijon mustard.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
