| Serving Information | This bologna is fully cooked and ready to eat. We find it tastes best when thinly sliced for sandwiches or cubed and served along with other varieties of our cold cuts for an appealing party tray. Make a traditional Bavarian Fleischsalat (meat salad): Use any combination of our cold cuts. Dice or cut sausage into strips. Add diced pickles and mayonnaise to taste. You can also add a splash of pickle juice to moisten the salad and add a fresh, vinegary bite. |
