We make our head cheese using pork snouts, which we flavor with a mild blend of spices and a hint of onions and garlic.

Our head cheese comes fully cooked and ready to eat. We recommend slicing it thin as a cold cut and serving it on rye bread with mustard.
For a special Bavarian treat, dice or cut slices of head cheese into strips, and toss with minced fresh onion and vinaigrette dressing.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
