A mild flavored liver sausage made with pork liver and ground very fine for ease of spreading on bread or crackers. If you’re familiar with American Braunschweiger, this sausage is similarly flavored and delicious. All our liver sausages can be used as appetizers, as you would paté.

This spread comes fully cooked and ready to eat as is. We enjoy it best as a spread on light rye or toasted whole wheat bread. Or you may prefer serving it sliced with pickles and Dijon mustard.
Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
