| Serving Information | Dumplings are fully cooked and ready to eat, hot or cold. To heat: Remove casing, drop into boiling broth of any type, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until hot. You can also cube them ahead of time, place cubes on plates, and pour boiling broth over them. |
| Storage Information | Will stay fresh up to 4 weeks if unopened and refrigerated. Once opened, use or freeze within 7 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature. |
