A German luncheon cold cut—this sausage is made in a similar fashion as bologna and consists of pork and veal, with large chunks of lean ham lending to its unique flavor and texture.

This sausage comes fully cooked and ready to eat. It is traditionally sliced thin and served cold on a sandwich, or with an assortment of our other cold cuts on an appealing appetizer tray.
Will keep up to 1 week after arrival if refrigerated in original vacuum-sealed packaging. Should packaging become loose—indicating an air leak—remove sausage immediately and wrap in paper towel.
You can freeze this item for up to 2 months without affecting flavor or quality. If frozen, defrost slowly in refrigerator; do not thaw at room temperature.
